Help Desk in E2L
Help Desk is an application in E2L website designed to help E2L users to get in touch with Help Desk team in order to solve questions related to their accounts.
How to use Help Desk
- Go to www.earn2life.com and log in with your account information.
- In members area, select Help Desk link.
- Enter login and password.
- In Help Desk page, select new Ticket.
- Select the department related to your question, write your question´s subject, write your question.
- Attach a file if it is the case.
- Set the priority of your question.
- Click Submit.
Help Desk team will get in touch with you by your email registered in E2L.
